Packaging Specialties Inc. and the Biggs Family Gives $2 Million to Arkansas Children’s Northwest
Children’s Safety Center
PSI has been able to help the Children’s Safety Center raise money for their newly built advocacy center. It is the first child advocacy center in our area and was created to help prevent further trauma these children might endure during the complex process of investigation, prosecution, and treatments.

The Evening of Fun concert serves as a main revenue provider for the Alabama Poultry and Egg Association producing sixty-five percent of the yearly budget. These funds support APEA programs such as student scholarships, industry personnel and producer continuing education, product promotion and public relations.
Alabama’s poultry industry generates over $15 billion in revenue each year. It accounts for an astounding 67% of annual farming revenue in the state and employs over 86,000 employees on the farm, processing facilities and allied industries. The Alabama Poultry and Egg Association (APEA), supports the industry through education, promotion, research, and public affairs involvement.

Proceeds from the Gainesville Chicken Festival fund the Gainesville Spring Chicken Scholarship through the North Georgia Community Foundation for local students! This scholarship supports college students pursuing a degree in poultry science or a related agricultural degree.
St. Jude’s Memphis Marathon Weekend Donor
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Our purpose is clear: Finding cures. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80% and we won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
North Georgia Community Foundation – (2023 Spring Chicken Festival)
Founded in 1985 by a group of citizens interested in encouraging philanthropy and strengthening communities, the North Georgia Community Foundation was built by the community to serve the community and exists today to strengthen our region by inspiring giving, investing in nonprofit organizations and mobilizing action. The North Georgia Community Foundation helps people and non-profits invest generously in the lives of those who call our community home.
